How to Use Methyl bean oil acid ester Correctly

Methyl bean oil acid ester is a light yellow liquid with the saponification value 180-195mgKOH/g and the iodine value 105-125gI2/100g(MAX). It is used in auxiliary for light textile etc.
The production of fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) from soybean oil and methanol through transesterification by Novozym 435 (Candida antarctica lipase B immobilized on polyacrylic resin) was conducted under two different conditions—microwave beam of light and established heating system—to compare their overall effects. It was found that, compared to conventional calefactory, microwave oven beam of light significantly modified the reaction rate by enhancing the activity of Novozym 435.
The burden of Methyl bean oil acid ester, such as water body process (aw), organic solvents, the ratio of solvent/embrocate, the ratio of methanol/oil, the pre-treatment method, methanol deactivation kinetics, enzyme dosage and temperature, on the activity of Novozym 435 equalled also investigated. Under the optimum considerations (aw of involute.53, tert-amyl alcohol/oil volume ratio of 1 : 1, methanol/oil molar ratio of 6 : 1, 3% Novozym 435 and 40 °C), a 94% yield of FAME could be achieved in 12 h under microwave irradiation, compared to 24 h under conventional heating system.
What is more, the ingeminated economic consumption of Novozym 435 for five cycles/seconds under microwave oven light beam resulted no big going of enzyme activity, suggesting that this enzyme is stable under microwave irradiation conditions. These results show that microwave irradiation is a fast and efficient method for popularity production.
The resultant data, currently not available in the literature for most of them, are critical to the modeling of combustion chemistry of the subject compounds.
